Narrow Belt Accumulation Conveyor with CRUZcontrol(TM)
Ermanco's NBA-23(TM) conveyor is a belt-driven live roller conveyor that electronically senses products. This zero-pressure accumulation conveyor eliminates all line pressure and is best suited for distribution center applications where product sizes and weights vary.
The heart of this leading edge technology is the narrow, ultra-high-strength belt that allows conveyor lengths up to 300 ft. and reduces noise since there is no metal lacing. Noise is further reduced and safety improved with the revolutionary hollow shaft direct drive which eliminates all chain, sprockets, and chain guards. The high efficiency helical gear reducer increases potential conveyor lengths, thereby reducing the quantity of drives, horsepower requirements and energy consumption.
CRUZcontrol is Ermanco's patented electronic sensing logic package, featuring integral photoeye, solenoid valve and control module, all totally pre-piped and pre-wired at our factory. The electronic sensing and control logic are built-in, not added on at installation, greatly reducing field wiring and implementation costs. An optional conveyor shroud encloses the CRUZcontrol components.
