Flexible Bellows Contacts for Dynamic Applications

Servometer® - PMG, LLC, presents a line of flexible miniature bellows contact springs for applications where gentle contact with a delicate component or material is required. Servometer® contacts have low insertion forces, low insertion losses, and extremely low D.C. resistance. They have been designed to provide lifetime spring and force repeatability.

These contact springs are manufactured from electrodeposited nickel and gold plated to improve their conductivity. Servometer® stock contacts are rated for a maximum current of 4 amps.

Flexible Servometer® contacts minimize shock and vibration in dynamic applications. They help to overcome tolerance buildup and misalignment problems in critical assemblies. Servometer® contacts allow the designer a less expensive alternative to high cost close tolerance assembly components.

If a "stock" contact does not meet your requirements, Servometer's experienced engineers can design a custom part to exacting specifications.
