Delta-Q Technologies to Introduce New IC Series Battery Chargers at the Rental Show 2016

BURNABY, BC, - Delta-Q Technologies, a leader in battery charging solutions for electric drive vehicles and industrial machines, announced that it will show its new IC900 and IC1200 industrial battery chargers at the Rental Show.

The Rental Show is being held in Atlanta, Georgia from February 22-24, 2016. Delta-Q is exhibiting in booth 4911.

The new IC900 and IC1200 chargers combine with the existing IC650 charger to form the IC Series charging platform for use with electric and hybrid scissor lifts, boom lifts and other aerial work platforms.

"IC Series chargers were built with the construction and rental markets in mind--very reliable products that keep machines running in difficult conditions. Each charger shares the same user interface and features, making them easy to use and maintain in different machines, and in large fleets," said Trent Punnett, vice president, product management and marketing at Delta-Q.

IC Series chargers are designed for high reliability to withstand the difficult operating conditions faced by rental equipment. Their IP66-rated ingress protection seals out dirt and fluids, while mechanical design and component selection help resist factors such as vibration, shock and temperature extremes. Users benefit from precise charging of lead acid (wet/flooded, sealed AGM or gel) or lithium-ion batteries. The three models in the IC Series lineup provide 650, 900 and 1200 watts of DC output power, respectively, and all are available in 24-, 36- and 48-volt models. Samples are now available for original equipment manufacturers, with full production of the new chargers starting in March 2016.
