New 2kg Size for Guardian® Series 3 Batch Blender
Process Control has developed a 2kg version of our Guardian® Series 3 all-stainless steel batch blender. The 2kg provides a larger capacity option while retaining the Guardian® Series 3’s user friendly design features and superior performance.
The all stainless steel Guardian® Series 3 blender features incredibly easy clean-out and material changes with superior accuracy. The 2kg is available with up to 4 elements and 800PPH throughput. This model compliments the 1kg G3 (released in 2012) which is available with up to 4 elements and 400PPH.
For user friendly convenience, the G3 includes cartridge style metering gates, a simplified, stationary loading platform, sightglass style polycarbonate access doors, a quick removal agitator, and an all-in-one removable metering unit and material hopper. The blender is controlled with an “off-the-shelf” PLC based, color touch screen system, giving you precise control over the blending process.
The Guardian® Series 3 has several optional features to create a machine that truly fits your needs. Some of these features include an integral Gravitrol® weigh hopper, vacuum pickup box, and a high powered magnet positioned directly beneath the mixer discharge gate to catch any ferrous contamination before going into the process.
