Basware signed a partnership agreement with Divest Group Ltd. in Finland

Basware has closed a partnership agreement with Divest Group Ltd. in Finland. According to the agreement Basware will deliver e-Invoicing services of accounts receivable and accounts payable, scan & capture services and printing services. In addition, Basware will deliver Basware Invoice Automation and Payment solutions as a Service (SaaS). The value of the deal amounts to approximately EUR 1.3 million for the next 3 years.

Divest Group Ltd. sells services for financial administration, sales and customer services to its own customers. The services offered are now based also on Basware's solutions.

Finland, believes the cooperation with Basware will strengthen the competitiveness of Divest Group as a provider of financial management services.
