New Hayward 4" Eastar® Clear Polyester Basket Strainer Added to Existing Lineup of 1/2' to 2' Sizes



Hayward Flow Control Systems, Clemmons, NC, a division of Hayward Industrial Products, has announced the addition of a new 4" Eastar® Clear Polyester Basket Strainer to their existing lineup of 1/2" to 2" sizes.

Ideal for straining applications in corrosive or ultrapure service, the new model is a cost-effective alternative to more expensive alloy strainers. Unwanted dirt and debris particles are removed as the process media passes through a perforated strainer basket assembly contained inside the strainer body. Changing or cleaning the strainer basket is quick and easy. The hand removable, spin-off cover features two angled handles for easy access to the basket.

The new 4" Eastar® Basket Strainer will never rust or corrode, will not contaminate sensitive process media, and never need painting or coating. A choice of piping connections for in-line or loop-piping configurations is standard, and a wide range of strainer baskets in plastic or perforated stainless steel or mesh stainless steel are available.
