Barcode and RFID Scanner with Real USB Stick Functionality
Cologne (Germany), May 4, 2009 / The handheld RFID and Barcode scanner series SCANNDY and smartSCANNDY of the Cologne (Germany) based company PANMOBIL are the world's only barcode and RFID scanner, which has the advantages of a real USB-stick.
To get the collected data out of a scanning device into the enterprise system, until today, did need to install drivers or software on the enterprise system.
With the new PANMOBIL USB stick functionality no installations are needed, even the assistance of an administrator belongs to the past.
Just plug in the SCANNDY family scanning device to the USB-port of your computer, or the forklift terminals or other devices. The scanned data can then directly be processed into Microsoft Excel, Word or other programs. The Data file is available for your enterprise system in the same way as any file on your Hard disk or external storage device.
