AccuRod Precision Ground Bar includes medical-grade materials such as BioDur® 316LS stainless and Custom 455® featuring tolerances of 0.0001" on 12 ft. lengths, 0.00005" roundness, and a 3 Ra surface finish. Providing complete bar-to-bar consistency, straighter bar and tube allows faster machining with closer tolerances, avoids bushing seizing, and results in fewer operations, claims the IS09001:2000 certified firm.
