The ACURO Balancing System combines an easy to setup balancing unit, along with graphical analytical software that provides manufacturers with an economical way to assure that toolholders and cutting tools run true. Out of balance toolholders and cutting tools contribute to spindle mounting, cutting tool wear, and bearing damage that can reduce machining quality and operating speeds. This compact system comes with a number of available options, including a laser-marking accessory.
