B&D Industrial Technical Solutions Center Achieves UL 508A Certification for Its Control Panel Applications
NORCROSS, GA - B&D Industrial, a regional industrial distribution company and solutions provider to OEMs and companies with MRO needs, obtained UL 508A certification from the Underwriters Laboratories for its industrial control equipment and applications.
UL 508A is the most widely accepted standard for control panels in North America. The UL listing mark on an industrial control panel helps manufacturers demonstrate compliance to Article 409 which outlines installation requirements for industrial control panels by the National Electrical Code®. It provides evidence to satisfy the increasing number of inspection authorities requiring third-party safety certification.
