Long Life Brushless DC Axial Flow Fan
Torrance, CA - Oriental Motor USA Corp. introduces the MDE Series of long life, brushless DC axial flow fans, featuring a 100,000 hour life expectancy for lower maintenance and greatly reduced down time. A zero rotation alarm signal protects equipment from over- heating and increases reliability. The MDE Series is available in two sizes, the MDE1225 (4.69" sq. by 1.00" axial length) and the MDE1451 (5.51" sq. by 2.01" axial length).
The MD1225 includes two models with 12 and 24 VDC inputs. The maximum air flow is 95.3 CFM with a maximum static pressure of 0.281 inches of H2O. Maximum audible noise reaches 46 dBA. The larger MDE1451 includes four models with 24 and 48 VDC inputs. The maximum air flow is 205 CFM with a maximum static pressure of 0.521 inches of H2O. Maximum audible noise reaches 49 dBA. The MDE1451 can be supplied with a pulse sensor option which allows the user to monitor actual fan speed via a digital counter. There is a built-in overheat protection circuit.
