INTEG Introduces The Fourth Generation of its Automation Controller - More Powerful with New Features



Gibsonia, PA – INTEG Process Group, Inc. announced today that it has completed the roll-out of the 4th Generation of its highly successful automation controller, the JNIOR (“junior”).



The INTEG Automation Controller is being used by companies around the world in various industries and applications, including digital cinema automation, remote process monitoring, industrial automation, manufacturing equipment monitoring, security systems, bar code label printing, bar code verification and many other applications. The JNIOR is a cost-effective, easy to use and extremely reliable technical option for replacing a PLC or PC or other automation controller in many applications.



The Series 4 automation controllers, consisting of the Model 410, 412 and 414, contain many technical features and a lot of functionality packed into a small box.

INTEG provides many free software applications that can be easily added to the JNIOR that execute on the JNIOR without any PC or other controller required, including:

- Task Manager – easily configure tasks that trigger a variety of control and logging actions

- Serial to Ethernet Server – allows the JNIOR to pass data packets back and forth between a serial device and any Ethernet network device.

- Serial Control Plus – adds the ability for an application to send simple ASCII control commands to the JNIOR via a serial or Ethernet connection.

- Utility Usage Monitor – provides for logging and web display of up to eight ‘utility signals’ such as gas, water, electricity, etc. The JNIOR not only stores the data in 6-minute, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly intervals, but also provides a graph of the data via a web page.

- Cinema and Audio/Visual Control – applications are available to enable complete automation of a digital cinema presentation including control of house lighting, networked projectors and sound systems, and LED strip lights.
