High Speed Automated Syringe Assembly System Offers Accuracy, Efficiency And Flexibility In Assembling, Inspecting and Packing Multiple Size, Multi-Part Syringe Assemblies



Randolph, NJ: A high-speed syringe assembly system designed and manufactured by Norwalt Design meets pharmaceutical demands for efficiency, reliability, accuracy, productivity and quick changeover in assembling, inspecting, and packaging of multi-part pharmaceutical syringes.

Components such as hypodermic needles, safety sheaths, caps, and other accessories are automatically fed into the machine and precision assembled and inspected at high speeds. Finished syringe assemblies are then automatically loaded into either an integrated blister packer or tray former.

Quick change-over tooling permits the packager to easily accommodate a range of syringe sizes.

In addition to the multi-part syringe assemblies, Norwalt Design also designs and manufactures custom feeders for handling syringe bodies, plungers, stoppers, gaskets, and septums.
