Autodesk to Debut New Moldflow Technology at NPE 2009

Spokespeople, Demos Available at Premier International Plastics Industry Event

WHAT: Autodesk Showcases Moldflow 2010 and Inventor Tooling for the First Time

At NPE 2009, Autodesk will announce important new capabilities of Moldflow 2010 R2. On June 30, the company will ship the latest version of its Moldflow software suite for simulation, analysis, optimization and validation of plastic parts that delivers enhanced performance, accuracy and quality.

Autodesk will also show its automated capabilities for designing injection molds for complex plastic parts in Autodesk Inventor Tooling, a brand new product in 2010 that is a result of built-in Moldflow technology.

WHEN: June 22-25, 9 AM- 5 PM Central; June 26, 9 AM - 3 PM Central

WHERE: Booth #10025 - South Hall, McCormick Place Convention Center
2301 S. Lake Shore Dr., Chicago, IL

WHY: Meet with Autodesk experts to learn how Moldflow 2010 R2 continues to set the pace for the injection molding industry.

Visitors will learn how plastics simulation software helps customers develop better plastic parts, balancing the need to meet both quality and cost requirements. Autodesk is focused on helping manufacturers reduce errors and improve mold performance-resulting in higher product quality and faster time to market.

Visitors will learn how to optimize mold designs the first time they go to production, to develop more environmentally friendly products, and see new collaboration tools that enable members of the design to manufacturing team to share critical information.
