Ace Glass introduces our new systems for totally automated reactions. Systems are available in bench scale from 1L up to 6L and kilo-scale from 10L up to 100L jacketed reactors. The standard systems, coupled with the new MicroNOTE, can control and data log three main parameters, including jacket temperature, motor speed/torque, and system vacuum. The display shows both the set and actual parameters. Optional parameters can include pH or control pumps for dosing. The MicroNOTE control system features either a 7-inch or 15.6-inch color Touch-Screen computer module. The software can control, data log, and graph reactions as they occur in real time. The time parameter can establish a delayed start time and set the reaction run time, thus setting the actual end time. Numerous safety parameters can also be set.
The MicroNOTE can interact with new or existing components, such as IKA or Heidolph stir motors, Heidolph peristaltic pumps, Huber, Lauda or Julabo circulators, and other components. Systems are available in other sizes, from 10L up to 100L. You can also build
your own custom system using other chillers or motors, with many other accessory
combinations, such as a "clean-in-place" system. The three parameters mentioned above are standard, but other parameters, such as pH or to control pumps for dosing, are available on special quote.
