Ten (10) Head Auger Filler Provides a Compact Solution for Multilane Filling Operations
Countryside, IL (USA). - Building on its line of multilane auger fillers for dispensing powders, granulars, and flakes, Nalbach Engineering Company announces the release of a ten (10) head Multilane Auger Filling System, the Model NMAF-M10.
The "M10" dispenses a single product from a common hopper with ten (10) separate and independently controlled augers / funnels and is ideally suited for multilane filling operations commonly found in the food, pharmaceutical, health & beauty aids, and chemical industries. The system features ten (10) computer controlled, servo driven
motors and an easy-to-use operator touch screen interface.
The computer controlled brushless, direct drive, servo motor system provides superior fill accuracy and reliability while dramatically reducing mechanical failures and downtime by eliminating most moving parts. The user-friendly graphical menu allows the operator to easily access the product memory for fast set-up and accurate control of all filling operations. The "M10" is a compact system designed for easy integration into most vertical, horizontal, and thermo form-fill-seal machines, as well as many other multiple lane production lines.
