Solvport Releases Solview 2.0(TM) ATM Management Application
PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 3 /-- Solvport (www.solvport.com), nationwide ATM and Kiosk services provider based in Portland, Oregon, today announced its release of Solview 2.0(TM). The application, which allows Solvport customers to manage service related events for their ATM portfolios, now allows customers to receive real-time notifications of changes to the service events for their ATMs, a projects module, and access to recordings of incoming technical help desk phone calls.
Solview 2.0(TM), which has been in beta testing over the past few months with Solvport customers, has received very positive reviews. The projects module included in Solview 2.0(TM) is an extension of the project management services Solvport offers, which include medium-to-large scale installations, replacements, and rollouts; ATM processor conversions; hardware and software upgrades; preventative maintenance; and signage upgrades. The new projects module allows customers to track real-time status of their projects, including access to individual location call details and pictures. It also enables ISOs to provide their customers access to the project information specific to their ATMs.
