AT&T Office@Hand App Helps Small Businesses Easily Set up, Manage, and Access Their Office-Based Phone Systems in the Cloud

DALLAS, - AT&T* today announced its AT&T Office@Hand app for iPhone, a mobile PBX application which allows small businesses with an existing wireless account from AT&T to configure and manage their office phone system on-the-go. The app, available now on the App Store, represents the latest example of AT&T's commitment to help small businesses wirelessly enable their operations and expands the company's portfolio of fixed mobile communication capabilities.

The AT&T Office@Hand app works with existing mobile or fixed-line phones, offering professional phone system features such as auto-receptionist, multiple department and employee extensions, voicemail, rules for call handling, faxing, on-hold music and more. The app not only provides small business owners and employees access to these features, but also enables them to update, configure and manage their office phone system while away from the office. There is no hardware set up or technical skills required to use the app.

"Small businesses and their employees are on the go more than ever before, and it's vital that their customers can reach them whenever and wherever they are," said Ebrahim Keshavarz, AT&T Vice President of Small Business Product Management. "The Office@Hand app is the ideal tool to drive mobile productivity for small businesses, connect their workforce, and enhance their company's image by taking their communications into the cloud. Office@Hand extends our voice portfolio and demonstrates leadership in AT&T mobility and application services."

Office@Hand calling plans are primarily for live dialogue between two people. Connections which do not consist of primarily uninterrupted live dialog between two individuals are generally not permitted. To use all the features, existing AT&T wireless customers must subscribe to AT&T wireless voice and data services. Customers of other wireless carriers need to check with their carrier to determine what wireless services they need to use Office@Hand features. For full terms, see www.att.com/officeathandpolicy.
