Astice SRL Releases New Tool for Translators

VIPITENO, ITALY (2009-03-06) - Astice SRL, the Italian software vendor, announces Astice Glossary, its new software aimed at freelance translators and language students.
Many translators have to compile glossaries with the terminology used in their work. Although there is quite a lot of translation software available most of this programs lack the capability of documenting the academic research done.
As Michael Sieger, managing director of Astice SRL, says: "A simple list with words and translations may not be sufficient for many customers. They demand to be delivered with a bibliographic reference of the terminology used."
Astice Glossary closes this gap. In a single online-form all relevant data is stored for a glossary entry. After finishing the research work the glossary can be exported to Microsoft-Word® to be fine-polished and later delivered to the customer.
Several on-line dictionaries and encyclopaedias are suggested by the software during the research work. The translator may consult these services in a convenient way with a single mouse-click.
Astice Glossary is sold as Shareware-Version and costs 89.00 USD. A free 30 day trial version is available at glossary.astice-srl.com.
