Four Rivers Software Announces TMS Version 4.3.1
PITTSBURGH, Pa., Dec. 12 /-- Four Rivers Software Systems, Inc., the provider of TMS, the leading maintenance management software (EAM/CMMS) system for the healthcare industry, announces the availability of TMS Enterprise Version 4.3.1.
The 4.3.1 functionality is available immediately on the Web-based TMS Enterprise and will be available for TMS Plus and TMS WorkGroup in Q1 2006.
With this release, the bar has been raised for electronic asset management systems in the healthcare market. A significant group of new features are focused on enhancing support for Biomedical departments. Examples of some of these new features include Asset Life Cycle tracking; asset model number look- up by manufacturer; asset work order create; asset import wizard from Excel spreadsheets; utilities for mass data updates, merges, and deletions; standardized work order completion comments and descriptions; automatic creation of a CM work order for a failed PM; and standard work order completion comments.
Customizable Alerts have been added. Alerts can be set at the segment, group or user level. The system comes with a standard set of alerts that can be enabled by the user. An example of a standard alert is when saving a work order, a pop-up message would alert you if there are any other active work orders for that asset.
Support for the Johnson Controls MetaSys interface, Fluke medTester Sync Utility and the new TMS Dispatch Module were added for TMS Enterprise.
