Aspirators separate and classify particles.

Press Release Summary:

Multi-Aspirators® remove dust, fines, dockage, infestation, and fragments. Using terminal velocity principle, raw material is fed into top of equipment, falling through 4-6 passes of clean air that blows unwanted particles out of raw material and into cyclone collector for disposal. Each pass of air removes 75% of unwanted fines left from pass before. Applications include milling and grain, plastics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and mining.

Original Press Release:

Kice Multi-Aspirators® Efficiently Classify Particles

Multi-Aspirators® from Kice Industries, Inc. separate and classify particles for a variety of industries including milling and grain, plastics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and mining. They are ideal for removing dust, fines, dockage, infestation and fragments, thus improving product quality. Experience in the design and fabrication of skilled air equipment gives Multi-Aspirators unexcelled efficiency and economy.

Kice Multi-Aspirators use the principle of terminal velocity to separate and classify particles. Raw material is fed into the top of the equipment, falling through four to six passes of clean air that blows lighter, unwanted particles out of raw material and into a cyclone collector for disposal. Each pass of air removes 75% of the unwanted fines left from the pass before - removing more and more unwanted material as raw material passes through. Efficient separation is achieved without the use of screens which could "blind", without any moving parts, and also provides a "conveying system" for the removed fines.

Kice Mult-Aspirators are available in a wide variety of configurations and offer a number of special options, depending on the application. Custom engineering is available.
