DUBLIN, Ohio - A new mobile laboratory, EXPRESS LAB, featuring specific capabilities for the foundry industry, is being introduced by Ashland Casting Solutions, a business group of Ashland Specialty Chemical, a division of Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH). EXPRESS LAB features on-site capabilities to measure the physical attributes of sand systems and the performance capabilities of resin systems used in metal castings. This service provides foundry operators with real-time results to help improve process control and reduce scrap.
