Ascentech LLC, GEN3 Systems Exhibit New Nano-Coat, Cleanliness Test Solutions at IPC/APEX 2011
Chester, Connecticut, USA - Ascentech LLC, the North American distributor for GEN3 Systems products, and GEN3 Systems Ltd., will introduce new and improved products for electronics manufacturing at the IPC/Apex 2011 trade show and symposium.
GEN3 has redesigned their line of precision, pneumatically-controlled Dip-Coaters and now introduces the Nano-Coat line of products.
"The Nano-Coat system runs really smoothly and very slowly to optimize coating thicknesses and uniformity that, with new NANO materials, is a critical requirement to optimize material performance and minimize costs as well as waste", GEN3 Managing Director Graham Naisbitt stated.
High-quality, high performance coating systems have long been a specialty of GEN3 Systems Ltd., which for more than 20 years was known as Concoat, and provided the industry with precision dip-coating systems for the application of conformal coating materials.
In a second announcement, GEN3 Systems announces the redesign and cost reduction of their CM Series line of easy-to-operate, high accuracy Ionic Cleanliness tests systems. Available in a wide range of test chamber sizes, the CM Series Contaminometers are now faster and feature enhanced accuracy when compared to the original CM Series.
"All of our new CM systems recirculate the entire test solution in the tank at least 6 times every minute. This is what permits us to provide far faster test times and, with the gold ballistic amplifier, greater accuracy than any other system available", Naisbitt added.
The new products will be exhibited in Booth #511 at IPC/APEX 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV, April 12-14.
