ARX Minidriver Earns "Compatible with Windows 7" Logo

ARX PKI Smart Card Minidriver is certified by Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL).
San Francisco, California - ARX (Algorithmic Research), a pioneer in public-key smart card technology, today announced that ARX's smart card Minidriver software complies with Microsoft Minidriver version 7 specifications for plug-and-play operation under Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems, and complies with Microsoft Minidriver version 6 for backward compatibility.
ARX has created its Minidriver software, which supports its PrivateCard(TM) PKI smart card to provide secure, personal, and standard public-key based authentication or biometrics authentication under Microsoft Corp. enterprise applications. The ARX Minidriver is automatically installed to any Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 machine upon insertion of an ARX PrivateCard into any PC/SC compliant smart card reader, including Precise(TM) Biometrics readers when biometrics authentication may be required.
