Argus-Hazco is a Certified Noise Calibration Laboratory
CHESTERFIELD, MI — Argus-Hazco is pleased to announce that it is a certified sound-calibration laboratory. It recently acquired the new Nor1504A Calibration System, which became operational on July 18, 2014.
The unit is located at Argus-Hazco's Chesterfield, Michigan, corporate headquarters.
Argus-Hazco's technical staff isofficially certified to calibrate noise and sound monitoring equipment in-house with the Nor1504A Calibration System. This means that an Argus-Hazco-supplied sound level meter is in full compliance with national and international standards, including:
• Accuracy of input range sensor
• Level linearity
• Spectral weighting networks of A, B, C, Z, Lin and Flat
• F, S and I time constraints
• RMS detector capability
• And much more
