Exinda Successfully Integrates Full WAN Optimization at up to 500 Mbps With Powerful TCP and Application Acceleration on Single System

BOSTON, March 12 -- Exinda Networks, the only provider of Unified Performance Management (UPM) solutions worldwide, today introduced its new high performance (HP) appliances that combine industry's fastest wide area network (WAN) optimization with the most advanced application acceleration technology. The new appliances are part of Exinda's UPM solutions that maximizes the performance of IP communications across WANs. UPM incorporates all facets of WAN optimization, WAN and application acceleration, application visibility, application response time measurements and a ubiquitous global management facility.

New x800HP Appliances Meet Varied Needs for Integrated WAN Optimization & Acceleration

The new 2800HP, 4800HP and 6800HP appliances ensure optimal WAN and application performance and are available in a variety of acceleration and optimization speeds to meet customers' varied needs. Delivering true UPM compatible WAN acceleration, the Exinda x800HP series will allow WAN managers to choose the WAN monitoring and optimization performance level between 1 Megabits per second (Mbps.) and 500 Mbps. suited to their WAN or Internet link speeds, and then seamlessly integrate the application and TCP acceleration bandwidth levels between 1 Mbps. and 20 Mbps. needed to meet business requirements or budget allocations.

Pricing for the 2800HP will begin at US $2,490 and currently ranges up to US $34,490 for the 500 Mbps. model of the 6800HP series with 20 Mbps. of acceleration.

Upgrade and Cross Grade Promotions for New x800HP Models

Exinda is offering special introductory pricing for its customers to upgrade from their current x700 WAN optimization appliance to the x800HP optimization and application acceleration appliances as well as cross grade pricing for WAN managers with competitive products seeking to implement a more integrated WAN acceleration solution.
