HERNDON, Va. – Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd. (CUC), a power provider in the Cayman Islands, has selected Apex CoVantage's ProField® software and services to optimize the rollout of an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) initiative.
Apex will provide CUC with its ProField enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and training, project management, and back-office quality assurance processes, including socket photo analysis and meter read accuracy analysis. Apex's unique methodology applies business process management (BPM) principles to installation workflows, improving safety by designing-out common errors. Real-time communications, built into the ProField technology, also increase project efficiency and keep customers positively engaged throughout the entire deployment process.
