McLube has developed a new water based antistick coating, MAC-863, for the processing of tires, rubber hose, belts, extruded profiles, and rubber parts. MAC-863 is operator and environment friendly as well as being chemically and thermally stable. MAC-863 can be used with cured and uncured rubber compounds. MAC-863 will provide a clear, colorless, dry film coating that will not contaminate the rubber compound or interfere with post curing processes.
