Another Successful Overhaul
Seadrill Canada, a leading offshore drilling contractor, came to Sauer Compressors USA for a full inspection, rebuild and re-commissioning of their WP5000 compressor.Â
Seadrill shipped the compressor package back to our North American Corporate Headquarters in Stevensville, MD to be reassembled to OEM specifications. We received the entire compressor package in five crates full of individual items.
Our service team was able to completely disassemble, inspect and rebuild the compressor package to OEM specifications in accordance with the original design documents. After hours of turning wrenches and a few swings of a hammer, the unit successfully tested at our facility. Both a Seadrill representative and a DNV representative were present as requested by our customer.
