Calculated Industries Introducing New Line of Woodworking Tools at AWFS Fair in Las Vegas

Wide range of tools to be shown, including AccuMASTER digital angle gauge, AirShims and woodworking calculators

CARSON CITY, Nev., -- Calculated Industries (CI) is introducing its new line of woodworking tools in Booth #4158 at the Association of Woodworking & Furnishings Suppliers Fair July 22-25 in Las Vegas. CI is best known for its Construction Master family of construction calculators. CI President and General Manager Steve Kennedy said that the company has been expanding its product offerings for the last couple of years.

"Woodworking tools and devices are similar in many ways to our core products," Kennedy said. "All of them require dependability, precision and durability, so it's not a reach for us to manufacture, sell and support the AccuMASTER tools."

One of the new tools CI will be introducing at the Fair is the AccuMASTER 2-in-1 Digital Angle Gauge. With the AccuMASTER Angle Gauge craftsmen can find true level and precisely check angles on saw blades, jointer fences, sharpening planes, drill press and band saw tables, bevels, and more. The strong magnetized base attaches directly to any metal surface. The bright Stayglow display shows angle readings in degrees, percent or inch-feet/metric.

Also being introduced is the AirShim Inflatable Pry Bar and Leveling Tool. Though not specifically a woodworking tool, cabinetmakers will find it very useful. The AirShim is an inflatable bag that can support up to 300 pounds and spans gaps from 3/32" to 2-1/2". The user just squeezes the AirShim's hand pump until the cabinet is level.

CI will also be demonstrating and selling many other tools, including calculators for builders and woodworkers, laser measuring devices, protractors, a crown jig and levels. To see the new AccuMASTER tools go to www.accumaster.com.

Founded in 1978, Calculated Industries is a leading manufacturer of professional trade calculators and digital measuring tools. CI products are designed and tech-supported in Carson City, Nevada.
