Count On Tools Inc. Now Carries PB Swiss Tools' Expanded MECATORQUE Line with the Preset Series
GAINESVILLE, GA -- Count On Tools Inc., a leading provider of precision components and SMT spare parts, now carries PB Swiss Tools’ expanded line of MecaTorque torque tools. The new line of analog torque wrench screwdrivers is simple, reliable and safe for application. The MecaTorque torque handles with preset trigger value are ideal for all applications requiring the same torque at all times, such as in machining or assembly operations. The expanded product range for low to high torque with interchangeable blades or in bit holder versions provides the correct tool for every application.
The new MecaTorque handle is available in four variants that are compatible with PB Tools’ existing line of interchangeable blades and PrecisionBits. The smaller handle for the micro range is tailored to precise work and fits the interchangeable blades PB 53. The larger handle is available in two versions: One for use with PB 215 interchangeable blades and one for use with C6 or E6 PrecisionBits. For high torques, the pistol-style handle provides support. It is ideally matched for the use of PB 225 interchangeable blades.
The new PB Swiss Tools MecaTorque torque tools can be used in a multitude of ways. Thanks to their ergonomic handle construction and mechanical design without electronics or batteries, they are reliable and safe for application. If needed, the handles can be recalibrated or reset in the specified range, with the help of a test device depending on the application. All of the MecaTorque handles consist of non-slip Santoprene® material and feature ergonomics that are adjustable for various applications.
All of the torque handles are supplied with a test certificate for +/- 6 percent according to EN ISO 6789. PB Swiss Tools offers a three-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects for all torque tools. The MecaTorque is 100 percent developed and manufactured in Switzerland.
