Megger MIT 300 Series Features Intelligent Safety Systems and Easy-to-Use Instruments

Designed to be safer, smarter and stronger than traditional insulation and continuity testers, the Megger MIT300 series of testers is diverse, easy to use and ideal for all aspects of fixed wiring installations. Every instrument in this uniquely designed series is aptly suited to handle a wide range of projects including domestic, commercial and industrial electrical contracting, building maintenance, testing, inspection and servicing.

To handle all of these diverse projects in a manner that puts safety first, the MIT300 series combines the unique safety features of live voltage warnings, safety lockouts, continuity checks, safe contact detectors and safety interlocks - the range of features known as the Megger Intelligent Safety System - to offer an unmatched amount of protection to the user.

The instruments of the MIT 300 series - which include the MIT300 range, the LT300 range, the RCDT300 range, insulation and continuity, loop testing and RCD testing - are also smart in their simplicity. There are no buried functions and a user guide in the lid provides all the basic information. Color-coded ranges reduce test time and both the display and the range selected can be read either during the day or at night.

The Megger MIT300, MIT310 and MIT320 all stay true to the popular Megger digital/Analogue display. Large 20mm high characters provide a clear readout while the analogue arc gives users the familiar and comfortable feel of an analogue instrument.

The instruments in this series are also designed with on-site conditions in mind. With rubber armor construction, they are more durable than most testers and can handle the demands of rough and extended use. They are weatherproofed to IP54 and have a self-contained protective cover, ensuring their long life.

To further benefit users, the MIT300 Series instruments are also invaluable in panel building applications and the testing of motors, generators, switchgear and power tools. All MIT instruments meet or exceed International Wiring Regulations.
