American Telecom Services Launches Pay N' Talk(TM) Products through the Nation's Largest Office Superstore Nationwide

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., Nov. 16 -- American Telecom Services Inc. (AMEX:TES), a provider of converged communications solutions and a leading provider of home phones that are bundled with telecom services which are designed to save consumers up to 60% on their phone services today announced that the largest office superstore in the world has launched a Pay N' Talk (PNT) phone program, chain wide, in approximately 1,300 stores as well as on its online store front with a landing page promoting the Pay N' Talk Savings Story. The chain is selling up to seven different models of telephones and their complimentary expansion handsets, making it the most comprehensive launch of Interference Free DECT 6.0 Digital multi-handset cordless phones in the country. All models are part of the ATS Pay N' Talk line of home phones that come bundled with free prepaid long distance minutes.
The superstore's decision to carry and nationally promote multiple models significantly expands the retail distribution network for Pay N' Talk. The launch officially began with the promotion of ATS' new DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless phones through national circular inserts on August 27th that were distributed to approximately 60 million homes. It will continue throughout the year with additional circular and in-store promotions as well as the expansion of the product line to include what is expected to be a total of nine Pay N' Talk solutions and Digital Clear Internet telephones bundled with Internet phone services and their complimentary expansion handsets.
Pay N' Talk service offers consumers the opportunity to save up to 60% on their regional, domestic, and international long distance service through a patent pending one-touch process using the Money Saving Green Button. Using the Money Saving Green Button, consumers can activate their Pay N' Talk account, use the promotional minutes that are included with every phone, make calls and manage their account, control costs and save money. The Pay N' Talk service offers annual savings of up to 60% compared to the average household's residential long distance service fees incurred when using the incumbent long distance telephone service providers.
The Digital Clear Internet phone offering will include digital expandable cordless Internet phones ready for connection and bundled with a complete, PC-Independent service offering that includes incoming and outgoing calls, features such as caller ID, call waiting and three way calling. Bundled Internet phone service plans offer consumers the potential of saving hundreds of dollars per year on their household phone bills while expanding the numbers of standard services that they receive.
