America Movil Directory Publisher - ADSA - Selects Amdocs for Key Role in Business Transformation


Largest Spanish-language, search and advertising company chooses Amdocs software and services to support its transformation to a multi-media advertising business

SAO PAULO - Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced that Anuncios en Directorios S.A. de C.V. (ADSA) has selected Amdocs software, consulting and systems integration services as part of a strategic systems and business transformation initiative. As a result, ADSA will be able to quickly introduce and sell interactive, multi-media advertising products such as pay-per-click advertising offers served across both online and mobile channels, and drive a more compelling consumer experience across its multiple markets. The announcement was made at Futurecom starting today in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

"In order to thrive in the search and advertising market, it is imperative that we change from being a publisher of traditional, print and online directories to a multi-media advertising business," said Benjamin Podoswa , ADSA's chief executive officer. ADSA will deploy the Amdocs Integrated Advertiser Management system to modernize and unify sales, ordering, fulfillment, distribution, customer management and self-service processes. Amdocs will provide ADSA with comprehensive business transformation and change management consulting and with efficiency measurement tools to establish operational best practices. Amdocs will also be the prime systems integrator for the deployment of its software, and will deliver associated training services.

ADSA is the directory publishing subsidiary of America Movil and owns multiple Spanish-language publishing directories, both print and online, across Mexico, United States, Argentina, Peru and Colombia.
