Aluminum Frames eliminate need for pressurizing.

Press Release Summary:

Machine frames and workstations can be assembled using modular T-slotted aluminum extrusions that also act as manifold. Frames can be turned into manifold by capping off ends of extrusion with pressure manifold plates, which are made from clear anodized aluminum and can withstand up to 150 psi of positive or negative pressure. Pressure manifold plates can be side or end-mounted, and come complete with gaskets and mounting hardware.

Original Press Release:

Pressurize Machine Frames

Pressurizing a machine frame or workstation can be an invasive, cluttered and potentially harmful process with all the airline and hoses required. Avoid this additional expense and hassle by assembling your next machine frame or workstation with modular T-Slotted aluminum extrusions that also act as a manifold.

80/20 frames can easily be turned into a manifold by simply capping off the ends of the extrusion with pressure manifold plates. Plates are made from clear anodized aluminum and can withstand up to 150 psi of positive or negative pressure. Pressure manifold plates can be side or end-mounted, and come complete with gaskets and mounting hardware. The next time a machine frame or workstation is needed, eliminate the burden of unnecessary pneumatic lines and utilize the frame itself as a manifold by using T-slotted aluminum extrusions.
