ROLEC aluCASE Enclosures Now Offer IP 69K Protection
ROLEC’s aluCASE diecast aluminum enclosures are now available with an optional IP 69K rating to protect electronics from high pressure jetwashing and steam cleaning.
Smart modern aluCASE is ROLEC’s premier ‘go anywhere’ industrial electronic enclosure. It can be mounted on walls, machines and bulkheads.
The enclosures can be installed ‘lid closed’ to safeguard the electronics and seal – ideal for challenging environments. All the screws are hidden beneath clip-on trims, protecting them from the elements and enhancing the esthetics.
The lid is recessed to accommodate a membrane keypad, front plate or product label. Most models are available with polypropylene (PP) lid retaining straps. Two versions feature transparent lids.
Threaded screw bosses are provided in the base and lid for PCBs, mounting plates and DIN rails. Cable glands and other accessories are also available.
ROLEC aluCASE is available in 29 sizes from 2.95” x 1.97” x 1.30” to 12.99” x 7.87” x 4.72” and with ingress protection ratings of IP 66, IP 67 and IP 69K. The standard colour is window gray (RAL 7040). Prices start at $30 for IP 67 models.
Options include: anodized aluminum trims instead of the standard polyoxymethylene (POM); integrated exterior lid hinges with no visible fixings; key lock access for added security.
ROLEC aluCASE can be supplied installation-ready. Customization services include: CNC machining, custom colors, printing, engraving/laser engraving, EMI/RFI shielding, membrane keypads and assembly.
