ALPHA COM Integrates Authentidate's Signature Solution Into New Ebilling Service; ALPHA COM to Introduce Expanded eBilling Offering at CeBit Conference in Hanover, Germany, March 15 - 21, 2007
DUSSELDORF, Germany, March 15 // -- ALPHA COM Group announced today that it has integrated the eBilling Signature Solution of Authentidate Deutschland GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of worldwide secure enterprise workflow management application provider Authentidate Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:ADAT), with its new outsourced eBilling service.
The new outsourced eBilling service will digitally send and receive invoices on behalf of ALPHA COM Group customers through an Authentidate Deutschland GmbH eBilling Signature Solution.
Specifically, Authentidate's eBilling Signature Solution enables centralized application of qualified signatures to a user's electronic invoice generation process to permit development of a large volume of electronic invoices and is available as a hosted application or through network installation.
