Allin Corporation Selected by Fred. Olsen Cruise Line as Interactive Television Provider

PITTSBURGH, March 12 - Allin Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: ALLN) announced that it has secured an agreement with Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines to initiate the Solution Vision phase of an Allin DigiMix(TM) interactive television solution deployment on the Balmoral, in anticipation of installation of the system on the vessel in December, 2007.

"We feel that the timing is perfect to add interactive television services as an amenity and service for our passengers on our latest vessel," stated Mr. Peter Deer, Commercial Director of Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines. "Our passengers expect us to deliver the utmost in entertainment and convenience, and we believe that Allin's DigiMix(TM) interactive television solution provides the perfect platform to expand the quality customer service and communication that our passengers have come to expect of us. We look forward to a tremendous partnership with Allin Interactive."

"We are very pleased to have been selected by Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines to be its interactive television provider," stated Doug Tempero, Managing Director of Allin Interactive. "Our DigiMix(TM) interactive television interface continues to receive positive reviews from the cruise industry in light of its ability to be customized for each cruise line client. We look forward to tailoring our platform to provide Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines with an innovative platform that delivers both passenger satisfaction and revenue growth."

The Balmoral, currently operating as the NCL Norwegian Crown, is being purchased from Star Cruises and will undergo an extensive refurbishment and refit beginning in late 2007. At 34,242 tons and carrying nearly 1,000 passengers she will be the largest passenger ship in the Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines' operation when she begins cruising under the Fred. Olsen flag in January 2008. Built in 1988 at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany, her design and facilities are modern and the overall layout is ideal for Fred. Olsen's target market. Her first cruise will leave Dover on 30th January, 2008 on her way to the warm waters of the Canary Islands with calls that include Lisbon, Portugal, Cadiz, Spain, and the islands of Tenerife, La Palma, Gran Canaria and Madeira.

Allin's DigiMix(TM) ITV solution will support, enhance and add to Fred. Olsen Cruise Line's onboard amenities by providing on-demand in-cabin entertainment for guests, providing "real time" onboard information and ship- to-cabin communication with 24-hours-per-day availability, and promotion of port activities and onboard shopping as well as delivering onboard services such as room service, wine ordering and spa/salon information all while reducing lines and increasing passenger satisfaction.

About Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is a family-owned line that originated in Hvitsten, a small town on Oslofjord in Norway, when the three Olsen brothers, Fredrik Christian, Petter and Andreas, bought their first ships and began an international shipping company in 1848. Five generations later, the family now operates companies skilled in various aspects of the tanker, liner, cruise and passenger trade, as well as aviation, ships' crewing, shipbuilding and offshore industries.

Aside from the transportation industries, the Fred. Olsen group also has interests in the luxury hotel sector, estate management, property development, and electronics companies. The cruise line division currently operates a fleet of four glistening-white ships and is justly proud of its lineage and heritage as much as its success. The line offers passengers an intimate cruise experience where modern-day conveniences sail in harmony with traditional values.

Offices for the company are spread throughout the world, although the company headquarters remain firmly in the family's hands in Oslo. Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is based in Ipswich in Suffolk.

Presently the company operates the Black Prince, converted to total passenger service in 1986, the Black Watch (1996), the Braemar (2001), and the Black Watch's sister ship Boudicca (formerly known as Grand Latino, February 2006.)
