Alliance Spacesystems LLC Awarded Long-Term Agreement by Orbital Sciences Corp.
LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. — Alliance Spacesystems, LLC a manufacturer and designer of structures for the aerospace and defense industry has been awarded a long-term agreement by Orbital Sciences Corporation (NYSE: ORB) to build the primary structures for Orbital's Star 2.4e commercial satellite platform. This agreement includes the option for Orbital to purchase up to three structures. The contract marks the sixth Star 2.4e primary structure purchased by Orbital from Alliance Spacesystems.
