Alignment Supplies, Inc. Rolls Out Three New Apps for ALiSENSOR(TM) Level

Maumee, OH - Greg Knitz, President of Alignment Supplies, Inc., announced today the
launch of 3 new measurement program Apps for the ALiSENSOR(TM) Level geometric
measurement system. The new Apps are Spindle Parallelism, Spindle Perpendicularity, and
Multi Values. "This is a watershed moment for the ALiSENSOR(TM) Level system," said Mr.
Knitz. "These amazing measurement programs that have been in development are now
coming out - and they are only the tip of the iceberg. All of these Apps, like all other
ALiSENSOR(TM) Apps, are totally free to download as well, with free, automatic updates."

The Multi Values App enables users to record live data and multiple values from an ALiSENSOR(TM) Level unit, equipping the user with a broad spectrum of measurement applications. Added to this is the capability to simultaneously connect up to three
ALiSENSOR(TM) Level units, empowering users to perform geometric measurements like
never before, with dynamic sensor values across 3 separate, yet linkable, sensor units. The sensor units can be zeroed for relative measurements, or calibrated for absolute
measurements. One sensor unit can be selected to act as a reference, so the measurement
values from other units are adjusted. "The potential for this Multi Values App is absolutely staggering," said Knitz, "with applications for machine tool users, manufacturers, and practically all industrial reliability professionals. The ability to connect multiple ALiSENSOR(TM) Levels at the same time is an unprecedented innovation, and a totally unique approach to geometric measurement."

The Spindle Parallelism App allows users to quickly perform parallelism measurements on a machine with a horizontal spindle using an ALiSENSOR(TM) Level, featuring an angle
accuracy down to 0.001°. The parallelism of the horizontal surface of the working table and the rotation axis of the spindle are measured using a process with automatic calibration. The App provides 3D graphical guidance through each step of the measurement, and the angle result is displayed in the user's unit of choice. The Spindle Perpendicularity App offers users the ability to quickly perform perpendicularity measurements on a machine with a vertical spindle using an ALiSENSOR(TM) Level, again with angle accuracy down to 0.001°. The perpendicularity of the horizontal surface of the working table and the rotation axis of the spindle is measured using a process with automatic calibration. Like the Spindle Parallelism App, the Spindle Perpendicularity App provides 3D graphical guidance through each step of the measurement, and the angle result is displayed in the user's unit of choice. "These two
Spindle Apps are really powerful measurement programs, and especially useful for machine
tool users," added Knitz. "We are thrilled to see the ALiSENSOR(TM) Level so quickly
expanding its functionality into new and more specific functions for users to get even more value out of their ALiSENSOR(TM) Level systems."

The Multi Values, Spindle Parallelism, and Spindle Perpendicularity Apps for the
ALiSENSOR(TM) Level are downloaded free of charge from the App Store. Since the
ALiSENSOR(TM) Level was developed under the Industrial MFi (Made for iPad) program,
which integrates the iPad and other iOS devices into industrial-grade tools and equipment, adding new measurement program Apps is easily performed by downloading them for free from the App Store. "This rollout of three powerful new Apps continues the accelerated development and progression of the ALiSENSOR(TM) Level into the most revolutionary new measurement technology seen in decades," said Knitz.
