New Alignment Laser Guides Manufacturing Tasks
February, 2003 - Newburyport, Massachusetts: Pinpoint Laser Systems is introducing a new Alignment Laser called the PL-100, designed for industrial operations. This new laser produces a bright red beam that is ideal for positioning equipment, aligning production parts, guiding forklift operators, positioning conveyors, and many general factory set-up and positioning projects. Options for a bright laser line and other laser patterns are available.
The PL-100 is highly affordable, versatile, easy to set up, and can be used right out of the box within minutes of receiving the product. Initial customers are using the PL-100 for aligning parts on a production table, drive train and axle alignment, press brake alignment, positioning workstations on assembly lines, and adjusting mail-sorting equipment.

The PL-100 is precisely one inch in diameter and five inches long, with a 6-foot cable to a wall-mounted power supply. Pinpoint can also reconfigure the PL-100 for OEM applications and special projects. The casing is machined from solid aluminum and protected by a clear, hard, anodized coating for years of reliable use. A 1/4-20 threaded mounting hole is included for attaching the PL-100 to fixtures, and we also offer a variety of mounts and accessories for our new laser product.
