Mobile operators can now reduce both operating and capital infrastructure costs while better managing messaging traffic thanks to AirMessenger Store, a modular storage system announced yesterday by Airwide Solutions at the CTIA show being held in Orlando, Fla. this week. An independently scalable storage device, AirMessenger Store completes the componentization of the previously all-in-one short message service center (SMSC) as part of the Airwide next-generation Fusion messaging architecture.
