Airtrax Receives Pre-Launch Orders for COBRA Aerial Lifts from Lift Works, Inc.
BLACKWOOD, N.J., Feb. 8 - Airtrax, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AITX), a developer of patented Omni-Directional Technology with military and commercial applications, announced today that it has received pre-launch orders for two of its highly anticipated new COBRA Aerial Work Platforms (AWP). Lift Works, Inc., a Chicago-based rental and sales company, placed an initial order for five each of Airtrax's COBRA ATX- 3247 and ATX 1933 Aerial Lifts, as well as two SIDEWINDER ATX-3000 Lift Trucks. Airtrax received these orders ahead of the official launch of its new COBRA product line on February 12, 2008 during the "The Rental Show" (www.TheRentalShow.com) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
"We recently held a pre-show demonstration of three COBRAs to a group of key buyers in the aerial lift industry. This demonstration peaked the interest of several industry insiders, including Marty Stark, president of Lift Works," said Peter Greenwood, Airtrax Vice President of Sales.
