Gas Or Liquid Service Adjustable Air Pilot Switches
Erie, PA - February 7, 2002 - A full series of adjustable air pilot switches is now available from MAXPRO Technologies. MAXIMATOR® air pilot switches control the pneumatic signal to an air pilot line and can be used as an on/off device for air operated actuators, pilot operated valves, air driven pumps, amplifiers and gas boosters. The switch allows the pump, amplifier or booster to operate at maximum air drive pressure, reaching the desired outlet pressure as quickly as possible with little overshoot.
MAXIMATOR air pilot switches can be used for normally open or normally closed operation and replace electrical switches in hazardous liquid or gas services. These switches sense gas or liquid pressures and offer precise and repeatable control of outlet pressures. MAXIMATOR switches are simple to install and externally adjustable under pressure.
These air pilot switches are available in pressures from 145 to 14,500 psi. They feature an aluminum alloy body, 440-B piston, T46 Turcon seal and Buna-N 0-ring. Connections include a 1/4" FNPT sensing port and 1/8" FNPT air ports.
