Soft Grip Safety Air Gun Provides Superior Performance
EXAIR's new Soft Grip Safety Air Gun delivers a blast of air that safely removes chips, dust and other contaminants from the surface of products, machinery and work surfaces. The ergonomic design of the air gun keeps the operator's hand in a comfortable position so it can be used for hours of continuous use without fatigue. A large trigger permits easy "on/off" control with one or more fingers. The airflow exits through EXAIR's Super Air Nozzle to minimize air consumption and noise while delivering a forceful airstream.
Air consumption of the Soft Grip Safety Air Gun is only 14 SCFM at 80 PSIG with an extremely low sound level of 74 dBA. Force of 13 ounces can be obtained when aimed 12" away from the target. The airflow that exits the nozzle is quiet and can not be blocked which complies with OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910.95(a) and 1910.242(b).
The Soft Grip Safety Air Gun has a durable die cast aluminum body that is suited to rugged industrial use and incorporates a hanger hook for easy storage. Aluminum extension pipes to provide "reach" for areas not easily accessible are available in lengths up to 72". Applications include parts cleaning, chip removal, part drying, part ejection, and liquid blowoff. Prices start at $55.
