High-Volume Modular Air Filtration Systems



Product Fabricating, Inc., Miamitown, Ohio, has engineered a new line of air filtration systems named MASSAIRE(TM) for applications including surface grinding, sanding, welding smoke, robotic cells, environmental rooms, dry chemical processing, bulk powder handling and others. MASSAIRE filters high volumes of air with low levels of noise (74 dBA) to minimize noise pollution and air borne contaminants that can interfere with productivity and cause employee health hazards.

MASSAIRE requires less floor space in work cells, sanding or painting booths. Two standard models provide velocity for up to 6600 and 8800 cfm. Incorporating the modular design and the small foot-print (52" x 40" M-6600) of the MASSAIRE units, they offer the flexibility for configuring a complete built-in filtration system that can accommodate most any size work cell, booth or shop but they can also function efficiently as a stand-alone dust collector.

MASSAIRE units are shipped fully assembled with paper/poly blend filters and full documentation for installation and operation. Custom installations, optional filters, equipment and enclosures are also available from the manufacturer.
