Hankison Complete Air Treatment Station Now Available
The Hankison HPRplus Series refrigerated compressed air dryer line has been extended to 3000 scfm. The dryers act as a complete Air Treatment Station, delivering dry, oil-free compressed air while minimizing energy and installation costs.
The compact design includes air dryer and filters in one complete package. An integral HF Series Grade 9 Filter/Separator removes bulk liquid and particulates to 3 micron. An optional HF Series Grade 5 Cold Coalescing Oil Removal filter eliminates oil aerosols to 0.008 ppm. Both filters are cabinet-mounted, saving valuable wall space and installation costs.
The refrigeration system, featuring environmentally friendly R404a refrigerant, low noise hermetic scroll compressors and an intelligent heat load sensing EDBV control system, ensures a stable 38°F dew point temperature.
The HPRplus Series includes an emm Energy Management Monitor, an RS232 communications port and WebAirNet.com remote monitoring capabilities as standard.
