New ICL ISO/VDMA Pneumatic Cylinders Ideal for Packaging/Handling Applications
The Rexroth ICL (ISO Clean Line) air cylinders are designed for dust-off or light wash-down applications such as secondary packaging/handling applications.
The new ICL pneumatic cylinders meet ISO/VDMA standards and offer a cleaner design than other profile cylinders available in the market. ICL cylinders are ideal for medium demanding, dust-off or light wash-down applications common place in secondary packaging/handling applications. The cylinders have hard anodized aluminum surfaces with stainless steel screws and piston rods. Due to the standard magnetic piston design, micro-sensors can be easily installed on an integrated external rail - no grooves for particles to collect.
They feature adjustable cushions and noise reducing bumpers on both ends as standard, and Viton seals are available for high temperature environments. The cylinders utilize the Rexroth "ideal cushioning" design, which allows fine tuning of cushions to maximize stroke speed, resulting in reduced cycle times, reduced vibration, and longer cylinder life. Bore sizes range from 32 mm to 125 mm.
