Air Booster Systems feature automatic controls.

Press Release Summary:

Mini breathing air booster systems produce output pressures to 4,500 psi and are suitable for applications that utilize multi-stage mechanical compressor with purification and storage cylinders. They are oil-free and require no lubrication. Max systems are designed for fire departments that utilize pure air in 2,200 psi cylinders. Select systems allow pump-down of supply cylinder to 150 psi, as output is boosted to 5,000 psi.

Original Press Release:

Breathing Air Booster Systems For Fire Departments

Erie, PA - May 8, 2002 - A full line of air-driven breathing air booster systems is now available from MAXPRO Technologies. These reliable, turnkey pressure solutions are designed for use in
municipal and industrial plant fire departments and for other applications utilizing pure air in 2,200 psi cylinders or a multi-stage mechanical compressor with purification and storage cylinders. Two unit styles are available - the mini unit and the max unit.

MAXPRO mini breathing air booster systems are ideal for use in municipal fire departments that utilize a multi-stage mechanical compressor with purification and storage cylinders. The mini
systems are able to produce output pressures to 4,500 psi, even if the storage cylinder pressure drops as low as 300 psi - eliminating the need for cascade valving. Simply connect the existing purifiers and cylinders to the inlet of the MAXPRO mini system for boosting to final desired pressure. These units are oil-free and require no lubrication.

The max systems are designed for industrial plant fire and safety departments and other fire departments that utilize pure air in 2,200 psi cylinders. Max units may also be used to fill SCBA tanks or "escape" units. Select systems allow pump-down of a supply cylinder to a low 150 psi, as output is boosted to 5,000 psi. These units are installed in a sturdy frame for floor or bench mounting.

All MAXPRO breathing air booster systems feature automatic controls for unattended operation that may be set for a pre-selected outlet pressure. Units do not require an electrical
connection and may be driven by truck or shop compressed air. All necessary tubing, fittings, controls and gauges are included for turnkey operation. Three mini unit styles and four max unit
styles are available to suit a variety of filling and charging applications.

MAXPRO Technologies offers a complete line of Maximator® air driven liquid pumps, air amplifiers, and gas boosters. Packaged systems available include gas booster systems, air amplifier
systems, hydraulic power units and hydraulic test stands for pressure testing. MAXPRO also offers cost-effective repair and refurbishing services, featuring original manufacture parts and guaranteed
quality.
