Product Description: SLM Series are precision-designed, highly engineered, state-of-the-art outdoor-only luminaires in surprisingly slender, vertical-rectangle shapes. Units readily adapt to a wide range of commercial, institutional, hospitality and maritime applications, with instantly changeable forward- or rearward-aiming.
SLM Series LED fixtures are also low-watt, ultra longlife AC or DC IP 67 ingress-protected units. They employ patent-pending circuit-board technology with superior thermal management. Each SLM model has protective external heat vents; is UL wet listed, DesignLights Consortium™ (DLC) certified; avoids internal damage from heavy rains, winds, other moisture and contaminants. Each model preserves its high-performance white-light brightness and reliable operating performance over years of frequent, even constant, use; meets all dark-sky requirements.
Construction & Finishes: SLM Series LED housings are extra-sturdy die-cast aluminum. They measure 19 inches high, 14.6 inches wide, 3.5 inches deep. An adjustable, three-sided yoke-style mounting bracket is steel. It allows plus or minus 90º aimable up/down surface mounting to commercial, industrial, institutional and hospitality building exteriors, perimeters and landscaped grounds.
A single yoke bracket affixes to each vertical side of an SLM Series housing, by two tightenable thumb-screws. Base of the yoke bracket has five pre-drilled screw holes, for maximal secure mounting of the light unit to particularly “demanding” all-weather surfaces.
The light lens is tempered clear glass, and the luminaire is finished in scratch-resistant matte black, longlife polyester powdercoat. Matte white polyester powdercoat is available. Custom mounting brackets for a wide range of applications also available.
